March 15 – At Sea-Indian Ocean. An uneventful day at sea.
Our entertainer, Count Dimas was an excellent pianist and also very funny between pieces. At one point he left the stage and returned wearing a jumpsuit. He said he had invented a new instrument and being from the mountains of Transylvania he had named it the Dracuphone. He took off the jump suit and underneath was a body suit to which he had attached over 16 small bellows like those on a lens cleaning brush and to each was attached a small whistle. The bellows were under his arms, behind his knees, on his chest, stomach, thighs, biceps and a couple of places I can't remember. He played them by moving his arms legs, shoulders and head so that the whistle he needed for the tune was played. Everyone was laughing at the spasmodic look of the effort. Very inventive and also very funny.

At this rate you may not get my next email until I board the Tauck riverboat in Amsterdam.
March 16 – At Sea-Indian Ocean-Arabian Sea. Another nice day at sea. Would be nicer if I could send any of this out. No such luck.
This evening was Sari/Formal for dinner. D and our tablemates, Carol & Marvin, all wore saris. It was a great look and I think we were the only table (other than tables for 2) that had all the ladies in saris. I did not wear a sari, much to the relief of everyone but was in my suit as usual. I did wear a nice grey and blue tie with elephants in honor of the evening.
Our entertainment this evening was the ms Rotterdam Case in the show IRIS, the show I mentioned before that integrates the video with the dancing and singing. It's one of my favorite shows ever.
I've been hearing other people complaining that they can't send any email so it's not just me.

March 17 – At Sea-Indian Ocean-Arabian Sea. Last day at sea before Oman. I'm starting to wonder if they're ever going to do anything about the internet. Thankfully I can still get mail and go to web sites or I wouldn't be able to pay my bills.
Glenn MacNamara was back on stage again tonight. He's the Sinatra style crooner. His voice is nice and the songs are familiar. In short, enjoyable.
